Quiet, relaxing and cozy three bedroom holiday home in a perfect location near Braunton and Barnstaple. Close to stunning beaches, Exmoor and minutes away from the Tarka Trail yet close to excellent transport links. The home is located in a sunny, quiet cul de sac location on Tarka Holiday Park, with plenty of outside space.

The bright and comfortable holiday home consists of a large open plan living room, with a dining table, and fully equipped kitchen with built in appliances and a microwave. A large comfy sofa with a feature flame effect fireplace, for cozy evenings, a TV/DVD player and fast Wi-Fi. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with single beds, or they can be pushed together to make a double. The living room contains a pull out sofa-bed. There is a shower room and separate toilet. The home is fully double glazed and has mains gas central heating. Bedding and bed linen is included but please bring your own towels. Please note there is four steps to enter the caravan. There is one private parking space and parking for an additional car near the main reception.

Tarka Holiday Park is located between Barnstaple and Braunton, and minutes away from the famous Tarka Trail for cycling or walking. The town of Barnstaple is a few minutes drive away for shopping, and there are a number of large supermarkets in the area for essential supplies!The famous village of Braunton is a short drive away with many choices of restaurants, pubs and takeaways. The stunning beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe are all within a short drive away for surfing or bodyboarding. There are lots of activities to do in the area such as golf, horse riding, coasteering, cycle hire or simply relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

There is excellent transport links with a bus service that stops at the Park and Barnstaple train station is around ten minutes drive away.

The location is perfect to explore the coast, Exmoor, and beautiful villages such as Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, the Hartland Peninsula, boat trips to Lundy Island, the list goes on! There are many lovely places to eat nearby and beautiful country pubs to choose from within a short distance.
