Situated on a small quality housing estate we found this property to be very clean with good quality furniture, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and very comfortable beds The Freeview on the t.v had its moments due to a lack of signal but that sorted itself out in the end. The pub is within walking distance and serves lovely food, but you have to pre-book your table. Overall this is a good base to visit North Devon for beautiful scenery, stunning sandy beaches and a paradise for surfers.

Fabulous property, comfortable, quality fit out and many nice touches. It's a great position in a lovely village with two great pubs and a few minutes drive from world class beaches.

The house is a true gem, very comfortable beds and lounge area, spotlessly clean, high quality provision of everything needed to self cater, a real home from home. Stunning views from the top of the garden, watched the sun go down a few times. 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely return soon
