This large family home is set in a quiet and much sought after location within walking distance of local amenities and Croyde beach. The property enjoys stunning views towards Croyde bay, the sand dunes and out to sea. Croyde is a highly desirable seaside village and a popular holiday location, and is mainly known for its sandy bay offering excellent surfing and other water sports. At the north end is the jutting rock face of Baggy Point which offers a beautiful and tranquil coastal walk around the headland to Putsborough beach and in turn to Woolacombe. Around Downend headland to the south is the unesco heritage Saunton burrows and 3 1/2 mile-long Saunton Sands beach, as well as Saunton Golf Club which offers 36 holes of beautiful championship links golf.
