About this property
Take your family for a holiday by the beach. This two-bedroom apartment can accommodate a small group and two dogs and is about 100 metres from the sand. You’ll be in the North Devon town of Croyde, a lovely location with plenty to keep everyone entertained.
The ground floor of this property is devoted to an open-plan living space with wooden finishes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for feasts, plus a coffee machine and a wine fridge so you’ll always have delicious drinks. This flows into a dining area for family meals and continues into a lounge where glass patio doors offer a view of the beach. Head upstairs to find a family bathroom, a twin room and a king-size master bedroom with delightful touches, including an en-suite and a private balcony for romantic evenings watching the sea after the kids are in bed. You’ll also have a sun terrace, where you can admire the view and eat on the outdoor furniture. It’s enclosed with a low stone wall.
Croyde Beach (100 metres) is a favourite of surfers, and you can hire equipment or take lessons if you like. The town itself is a bustling hub with pubs, cafes and shops for anything you might want. Take a day out at Woolacombe, where you can go horse riding on the beach from Woolacombe Riding Stables (6.5 miles) or climb to Morte Point (6.5 miles) for incredible wildlife, including seals. Finish with a day out at Watermouth Castle (13 miles) which has a theme park, toboggan run and a gnome village.
