Sunset View can be found tucked away just off a quiet lane. The surf and sand of Croyde Beach are less than a ten minute stroll along the footpath through the picturesque bracken and sand dunes. The pretty village centre, served by pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlours and surf shops can also be accessed by footpath from the holiday home.

The cosy holiday bungalow has a west facing rear patio garden, the perfect afternoon and evening sun-trap. The bungalow is in the middle in a row of five properties and benefits from two allocated parking spaces just outside the front door. The front door opens into the kitchen area and living area beyond. A pine table which seats four guests means you can sit down at breakfast and plan your day's activities, whether that be splashing in the ocean surf on Croyde Beach or a trip out to some of North Devon's many other attractions. 

There are two bedrooms, a double with views out across the dunes and a twin which has patio doors leading out onto the rear paved patio with its mature and colourful borders. Guests have use of the shed where body boards and windbreaks are stored ready for a day on the beach. There is also a brick built barbecue. Views from the garden are over towards the dunes, Baggy Point and ocean beyond and the patio makes the ideal spot for an evening sundowner.

Kitchen area with electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over bath, WC and basin.

Private parking for 2 cars on driveway. Selection of DVDs. (please note there is no room for a travel cot in the double bedroom). Refundable £75 security deposit. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
