dros-Y-MOR overview

dros-Y-MOR is located in a peaceful elevated position, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Croyde village, with its vibrant pubs, restaurants, and surf shops. A short stroll away is the famous sandy beach, great for families and a favourite with surfers. DROS-Y-MOR is a bright and airy 2-bedroomed pet-friendly bungalow, sleeping 6 people, with an enclosed front garden and beautiful sea views over Croyde Bay. Access to the beach is easy by foot, via a footpath that leads you all the way down to the beach. Just a short drive away is Putsborough Beach and Saunton, and just a few miles further is the popular seaside resort of Woolacombe.

living areas

The living space is a large open plan lounge/diner containing two large sofas, one a sleeper-sofa, allowing the property to sleep 6 people. A unit holds the TV with Sky digibox, VCR player and DVD player. A bookshelf contains a CD player, videos and books, as well as a selection of board games. The wooden dining table, seating 4, is in front of a large window and has fantastic ocean views over the dunes. This is a great area to eat, entertain, or watch the sun set.

kitchen

The lounge area leads into the kitchen, with wood-effect work surfaces, cream cupboards and terracotta and cream tiling. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, everything you need for your self-catering holiday.

bedrooms

The master bedroom is decorated in calm colours with a large double bed, pretty country curtains, mirror and carpet underfoot. Bedside tables with reading lamps, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage space.

Bedroom two is a cheerful twin-bedded room with a mirror, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a shared bedside table with reading lamp.

bathrooms

Enter through the front door and immediately on your right hand side is a room with WC, and a separate shower room, with a large shower enclosure, heated towel rail and washing machine under a useful work surface.

outdoors

On entering the gate to dros-Y-MOR there is a large lawned area where several cars can be parked. The enclosed lawned garden in front of the house is a great place for playing outdoors, or use the charcoal BBQ and eat al fresco on the picnic bench, seating 6. Your dog will be safe and secure in this enclosed front garden. Relax in the sunshine on one of 4 sun-loungers provided, or enjoy fantastic sunsets from this elevated position. A washing line and outside tap are useful for rinsing and drying wetsuits. Free parking for one car at Putsborough sands car park (approx 1 mile from the cottage) is provided for the duration of your stay.
