clifton court consists of privately owned, luxury apartments in a stunning location overlooking Putsborough Beach. Putsborough is a 3-mile stretch of golden sand, a favoured destination for families, walkers, surfers, artists and anyone wanting to get away from it all. Guests have full and exclusive use of the indoor heated swimming pool, which is in an adjacent building and easy access to the beach below. The village of Croyde is just around the corner, with thatched pubs serving great food, surf clothing shops, grocery store, surf hire and a Post Office. Clifton court 17 has 1 bedroom but sleeps 4 people with a double sleeper sofa. The perfect seaside holiday home for small families, friends or couples to relax in, with a fantastic view!

living areas

Comfortably furnished in cool, relaxing colours the sitting room is a great place to unwind, watch TV, read or simply gaze out of the window at the fabulous ocean views! Entertainment includes a TV, Freeview, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs. Step through sliding glass doors onto the private terrace/sun deck with stunning views. Wi-fi available.

kitchen

The kitchen is a bright, light open space, with stylish fitted kitchen cupboards and modern wood laminate flooring. Appliances include a ceramic hob, electric oven/grill, extractor fan, fridge with small freezer/ice compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other essential kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. Everything you need for your self-catering holiday can be found here including a dining area with a table and chairs for four people.

bedroom

Tastefully furnished in cream and brown, the bedroom contains a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, CD/radio/alarm, mirror and a large built in wardrobe. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides informal sleeping for 2 extra people (linen not supplied; can be hired).

bathroom

Bright and well laid out with a classic white suite. There is a bath with electric power shower over, a hand basin and WC.

outdoors

This beautifully presented one bedroom apartment has its own private sun terrace overlooking the beach with stunning coastal views. There is also a communal picnic area and outside shower for washing down wetsuits, beach gear and sandy feet. A table and chairs are provided on the terrace for outside dining – whether it’s al fresco breakfasts or evening drinks watching the sun set over the sea. Just a short stroll away is the heated indoor swimming pool, great for kids to play in.

There is a dedicated parking space for 1 car, with limited guest parking.

This Swimming Pool Addendum below becomes a part of the Terms and Conditions for the property booked. The visitor(s) will use the swimming pool at the visitors’s own risk. The owner nor Choice Cottages will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries sustained by the visitor and/or the visitor’s occupants or guests when using the swimming pool, and the visitor will indemnify the owner & Choice Cottages for any actions resulting from injuries to the visitor and/or visitors’s occupants or guests. The Visitor and all guests are responsible for their own safety whilst using the swimming pool, as it is unattended and the Owner does not provide a lifeguard. Children aged under 16's and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
