Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Please note that bed linen is not provided for the cot.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of the accommodation. Yenworthy Mill benefits from central heating fuelled by a biomass system, which keeps the property lovely and warm in the cooler months. The temperature can be adjusted to suit your preferences if required. There is also a wood-burner in the sitting room downstairs; a basket of logs, some kindling and matches will be provided.
There may be non-perishable items like a salt, pepper, oil and a few herbs or spices available.
Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, and surface cleaner will be present in the property.
One or two toilet rolls will be provided per toilet.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. It was well equipped, warm and clean. There was ample room for relaxing and socialising. The location was fantastic for walking as we could easily do 10-12 mile hikes, including the coast path, direct from the cottage. Although we had an issue wi.... Although we had an issue with the boiler during our stay, it was dealt with very well and very promptly by the owner. We would certainly recommend it.

Our stay in this cottage was really enjoyed. They had a good level of cooking equipment. Provided enough wood for the log burner for our two night stay. Rooms were clean and presentable. We were there in February and having driven through fog to get there the house was warm and welcoming. It's setting in the middle of Exmoor is breath-taking and we had a great few days exploring that beautiful place. A lovely warm house with plenty of space and everything we needed.
