Yenworthy Barn in Countisbury is highly praised for its excellent location, offering stunning views and direct access to walking paths. The spacious and comfortable accommodation is well-suited for large groups and families, with a warm social space and quiet bedrooms. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and the property's suitability for dogs. The barn's upside-down arrangement and the surrounding farm add to its charm, making it a favoured choice for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat.
The majority of guests found the property clean and well-maintained, though a few mentioned it could benefit from a deeper clean in less accessible areas. The overall impression is positive, but attention to detail in cleaning could be improved.
The location is consistently lauded for its beauty and convenience for walking, with direct access to trails and proximity to local landmarks. The peaceful and picturesque setting is a highlight for many guests.
Guests find the barn very comfortable, with spacious living areas, comfy beds, and a warm atmosphere. The provision of a ground floor bedroom with en-suite facilities is particularly appreciated for those with mobility issues.
The barn is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and guests are pleased with the amenities provided. However, some guests noted issues with water pressure and general maintenance, suggesting room for improvement in this area.
While guests have expressed satisfaction with the amenities and the warm welcome, there is no specific mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.
