This cosy studio apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the spectacular coastline and magnificent splendour of Exmoor. Located in the charming Exmoor hamlet of Barbook and just one mile from the famous and picturesque twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth offering a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants, picturesque harbour and a rock sand and shingle beach. Wide paving stones lead you up to the property and to the spacious entrance porch where the washing machine can be found. Once inside you will find a light and bright open plan kitchen/living/ dining space with two bar stools and a compact but well-equipped newly installed kitchen. The bedroom area has a King size bed where you may be lucky enough to gaze up at the stars at night from this Dark Sky area of Exmoor! The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and modern fixtures and fittings and is just off, of this area. Outside there is a decked patio where you can enjoy the beautiful countryside views looking down the valley, a perfect spot to watch the sun go down after a busy day exploring this amazing part of the country with its small villages and towns and an abundance of wildlife!
