The East Wing Cottage at Little Bray House is set in the oldest part of this large Devon Farmhouse just on the edge of Exmoor.
With spacious living accommodation, the cottage has three bedrooms, a large living/dining area and well equipped kitchen.
Accommodation
You enter the Orchard Cottage through a small conservatory straight into the kitchen, which is fully equipped.
The sitting room is spacious and comfortable.
A television (with Freeview) and DVD player is provided in the living room, and wifi is available in the cottage.
There is an iron and ironing board.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request, please let us know at time of booking if you require them.
Orchard Cottage has oil fired central heating throughout. There is a ceiling of £30 on the cost of oil provided by owner. Oil used above £30 per stay will charged at cost price - to be settled with the owner directly at the end of your stay, if applicable.
Electricity is included in the price of your stay. Bed linen, duvets and blankets are provided.
Towels can be provided if requested and upon payment of a supplementary fee of £3 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel would be provided per person).

Very friendly and helpful hosts! Good location for exploring North Devon. The cottage was peaceful, very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Friendly chickens next door who are very appreciative of some extra food! Things to be mindful of: there is a cockerel (!!!) and there are limited views.... Very friendly and helpful hosts! Lovely and quiet (cockerals do crow but it is a farm and you get used to it). Location is great for exploring devon and all beaches are within easy reach. Cottage is well maintained and clean. Gardens lovely (children will love it). Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay it was just so relaxed in a wonderful place and really lovely hosts we felt completely at home and will definitely revisit
