Sprecott Cottage is a charmingly refurbished wing of a working farmhouse set in peaceful countryside on a 100 acre beef and sheep farm. Lovely walks can be enjoyed from the doorsteps in this rural idyll, however local amenities are not too far away. The nearby village of Bratton Fleming with its general stores is just 10 minutes' drive and the market town of Barnstaple with its shops, restaurants and cafes is around 20 minutes away. Close to the unspoilt natural beauty of Exmoor National Park visitors will be spoilt for choice on what to do first. Ideal for walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding, the park also has some lovely inns and cafes for welcome refreshments. The National Trust's Arlington Court and the popular Exmoor Zoo are nearby and well worth a visit and the picturesque twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, and the unique Cliff Railway linking the two, are less than half an hour away. For sandy beaches, surfing and seaside fun, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are all within a 30 minute drive. The cottage has been recently been revamped to provide warm and comfortable family accommodation. The spacious, newly fitted modern kitchen/diner is well equipped and the good-sized lounge looks out onto pretty gardens. On the first floor are three cheerful bedrooms all with countryside views and a lovely family bathroom. Outside the front lawn has garden furniture, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views over the fields to Exmoor beyond.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
