The pot holes and sofas let it down. Been getting worse over time and bigger pot holes. Sofas used to be comfortable but now they are a little worn and broken and not comfortable to sit in. But still lovely place to stay.

Our second visit to the Red Barn and it was as good as before - very comfortable everything provided inc delicious biscuits, milk coffee tea hot chocolate!! Great log burner but beware it gets hot in the lounge very quickly!! Central Heating and hot water great, easily controllable. Quiet location in secluded owners very large rear garden. Highly recommended. Good garden centre nearby with restaurant. Bus stops nearby to Barnstable, Bideford, Ilfracombe, Woolacombe.

Excellent holiday well equipped cottage Linda the owner a lovely lady barns is behind her house we were there for 3 weeks she down to see twice just to check everything was ok will be booking again for the third time
