2nd time here. Came about 8 years ago. The bathroom was really nice it looks new. Kitchen has everything you need. Both rooms are a good size. The towel provided are massive which are really nice and soft.Garden a bit over grown at the side. Tree needs a cut back. Allocated parking and a short walk to the bungalow. Communal garden at the front. Neighbours are very chatty. The area is nice and quiet.Barnstaple is a nice town to visit. Braunton has a small town centre. If you have a dog Saunton sands beach is a must. 3 miles of beach. £3.50 for 2 hours stay which is plenty.Onside cafe and toilets. Clovelly is lovely place to go but very steep. But on site transport is availableif you dont want to walk. The Red Lion have fantastic meal. There is so much to do local / short drive away. I would definitely come back again.
