The market town of Barnstaple is 5 miles away and boasts plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema whilst also providing access to the traffic free Tarka Trail. Beach lovers will enjoy the sand and surf at Saunton, Westward Ho!, and Croyde whilst keen walkers can explore Exmoor National Park and the South West Coast Path, all within 15 miles.
