Enclosed lawned garden with decked area (table/chairs). Outside, a utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, sink), just right for muddy boots or a wet dog.
Hall with space for coats/boots; open-plan living/dining/kitchen (microwave, small freezer) with tiled floor (rugs), woodburner, leather sofas, TV/DVD and table/chairs in a bay window to take advantage of the great countryside views. Stairs up to two bedrooms with views − a double (5’ bed) with sloping ceiling, and a single. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). A comfortable cottage, well situated for easy access to the moorland, beaches and towns of Devon and Cornwall.
