The sliding doors on the lodge’s decked terrace lead directly into the timber-floored living space that’s filled with light and has absolutely gorgeous views. What birds will you spot wheeling in the skies above? Or perhaps you’ll see a rabbit, a fox or a deer in the nearby fields. When night has fallen and you’ve counted the stars, you can stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV in the comfortable lounge area. The bijou kitchen has a fridge, microwave and hob, and is tucked to one side, while the double bedroom and en-suite shower are at the back of the lodge. On the spacious deck, you’ll find dining furniture for enjoying al fresco drinks and meals, and the piece de resistance is your private, covered hot tub, in which you can enjoy soothing bubbles before a good night’s sleep.

Parts of the Dartmoor National Park can be reached within 15 miles, while Exmouth Beach, with its 2 miles of golden sand, is 14 miles away.
