Axminster town is just a mile away and features an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants and the well known River Cottage shop. The seaside town of Lyme Regis is a few miles south and is part of the Jurassic Coast. Famous for its coastline, seafront and Cobb Harbour. For keen walkers, Charmouth, Bridport and West Bay are key attractions, especially for fossil hunters. Enter the coach house from the steps to find yourself in the open plan lounge/diner, the lounge area is an ideal spot to kick back after exploring the coast which has comfortable seating for all guests in front of the TV. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a sit down meal together and the room features a Juliet balcony to extend the space and let the fresh air inside. Moving through the room will take you to the kitchen, a well equipped area comprising of an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Walking back through the lounge will lead you to the two bedrooms, a light and airy double bedroom and a cosy bunk bedroom, a great space for the children. You will also find a bathroom here, with a shower over the bath and WC. The property benefits from a garage for secure parking for one car, or make use of the space for storage, ideal for bikes and other activity equipment. There is also plenty of roadside parking subject to availability.
