Situated between the picturesque villages of Polzeath and St Minver and just a short distance from the idyllic cove of Port Quin, you will find this beautifully presented coastal retreat. Treveth Lowen is a detached, four bedroom holiday hideaway which sits within easy access of local beaches, sights and attractions creating the perfect family base to explore the North Cornwall coastline.

Upon entering the property, a spacious hallway leads you to a large, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Located at the centre of the ground floor, this serves as the social hub of the property, ideal for gathering the family for a meal or a few drinks at the end of the day.

The sleek, black kitchen with marble effect worktop comes fully equipped to serve the whole family for the duration of your stay. Featuring an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full set of tableware and glassware the kitchen makes cooking at home almost as simple as eating out. A very comfortable dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen space. The careful selection of fabrics and a gentle coastal palette makes for a very inviting space to enjoy a delicious family feast.

Patio doors on either side of the kitchen/diner space open out on to the beautiful surrounding gardens on both sides of the property. French doors from the kitchen lead you on to the rear patio with rolling countryside views. It features outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbeque to allow you to dine al-fresco on the warmer evenings, as well as a private hot tub where you can relax and soak up the bubbles as the sun sets around you. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet and mucky dogs after a day at the beach. The large front lawn makes for a grand entrance to the property and offers parking for up to three cars.

For those cosy evenings in, there is a welcoming Television room which continues the coastal-style interior and boasts a large, plush corner sofa from which you can enjoy a movie night on the 70” Smart TV. If you’re in the mood for a family games night, space to sit and relax with a few drinks or just looking for a comfortable spot to curl up and read a book, there is a second living area on the first floor which gives you the benefit of far-reaching countryside views from its elevated position. Sumptuous seating and a wood burning stove make for the perfect place to while away the hours.

When your busy day draws to a close there are four spacious, comfy bedrooms to choose from. On the ground floor, bedroom three provides a king-sized bed and this room is connected directly to bedroom four – a children's bunk room which can sleep up to three little ones. This set up is particularly ideal for those families which young children. Travel cots and highchairs are also available for infants upon request but we kindly ask you to bring your own linen for the cot.

Bedroom one is located on the first floor and offers a king-sized bed as well as an ensuite shower room. Finally, bedroom two also features a king-sized bed and all bedrooms come compete with soft, comfortable furnishings and modern coastal décor. Linen is provided for all guests.

The main family bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a bathtub with an overhead shower, wash basin and WC. We are excited announce that an additional bathroom to the property is coming soon.

There is also a well-sized utility room on the ground floor where guests have the use of a washing machine, dryer and other essentials such as an iron and ironing board.
