On the ground floor, you'll discover the first and second bedrooms, both featuring king-size beds and complete with en-suite shower rooms. Additionally, the ground floor houses a family games room, featuring a pool table and a futon for enhanced comfort. Ascending to the first floor, you'll be welcomed by a delightful open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This space comes fully furnished with modern amenities such as an electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining section comfortably accommodates up to six guests, while the sitting area boasts an electric fireplace and smart television. Direct access to the south-facing terrace and garden area is provided, furnished with outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue—creating the perfect haven to relax and soak in the sunshine following a day of exploring. The third bedroom features twin single beds, and completing the first floor is a shared family bathroom.
The picturesque Polzeath beach is a lovely 20-minute walk on a public footpath surrounded by wildflowers and fields that goes through the lush valley across the golf course. Polzeath has several lively cafes, delicious seafood restaurants, beach boutiques, and surf shops. The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club is fantastic for a round of golf or just some well-needed time for rest and relaxation in the health club offering a state-of-the-art gym, spinning room, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and tennis court.

This place is great!!! We spent a relaxing week with Grandma, our 6 year old and 4 year old boys. Polzeath is familiar to us and our "happy place". What a lovely clean and comfy house. So spacious. We really appreciate the quiet location, lovely walk into Polzeath (turn right at the end of the road and left at the bottom of the 10th hole for the less hilly option). The garden dining space and games room were used all week. On the rainy days we swam at 'The Point' and visited Camel Creek. A week is not long enough! Thank you for having us xx

What a fabulous week! We visited some of our favourite places to eat... The Lobster Shed, Prawn on the Farm and The Mariners. The house is in a perfect location. Easily walkable to Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Greenaway, Rock and Padstow. And was comfortable, cosy and spacious.

Very cosy! The beds were so comfortable and the cushions were so fluffy! The house is a perfect rental for a family of four. Lovely location as well! The thirty minute walk to Daymer Bay is so lovely. 10/10!
