Built along the banks of the beautiful River Camel, Wadebridge has a choice of great pubs and restaurants, and makes an ideal spot for joining the Camel Trail as it heads inland to Bodmin (7 miles) and north towards Padstow (7 miles). Known for its popular seafood eateries, the harbour town of Padstow lies at the mouth of the River Camel, offering a variety of boat trips along the river and out to sea. There are some beautiful beaches within easy reach including Harlyn Bay and Trevone Bay along the Trevose Headland (both within 12 miles). Other local places of interest include Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, Pencarrow House and Garden, and the Bodmin Jail Attraction, all within 7 miles.Stepping inside this snug and cheery cottage, the characterful open-plan lounge/diner offers a warm welcome.
