This popular trail follows a disused railway line for 17 miles between Padstow and Bodmin, with Wadebridge being at the halfway mark. Padstow is a popular seaside village, famous for its connection to chef Rick Stein, who has several eateries there, can be reached by bike. The beautiful beaches of Rock and Polzeath are also close by, perfect for a day at the seaside.
