This traditional Cornish getaway is situated in a peaceful part of the hugely desirable town of Wadebridge, close to Padstow and Rock. This wonderful market town is full of fabulous boutiques to suit all styles, fantastic restaurants serving locally caught fish as well as containing some great bars and historic pubs to enjoy. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for with the well renowned 18 mile long Camel River Trail trawling directly through the town, or for more of a coastal route hop on the rugged southwest coast path which has eye catching sites aplenty. If it's sunny beaches ruling your agenda, you are also in luck with a choice of golden beaches and turquoise waters including Rock and Polzeath, both just 7 miles away. Upon entering this light and stylish cottage you will soon notice the blend of original and contemporary features on offer. You initially come through into the lounge/diner which provides a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. There is a dining table with ample seating too. Continuing on through will bring you into the well appointed kitchen space which provides everything you will need. Completing this floor is the shower room with WC. Climb upstairs to find the master bedroom with a king size bed (can be a twin on request), and smart TV, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room also with smart TV too. Both bedrooms provide ample storage space. You can make your way to the rear to the stunning enclosed, secluded private roof terrace with comfortable outdoor seating and views across town.
