Guests appreciate the quiet setting and proximity to local attractions, with several planning return visits. The adjacent pub adds to the convenience, though some guests note areas for improvement in maintenance and facilities.
Most guests find Primrose Cottage to be immaculately clean and fresh, with a caretaker who ensures a high standard of cleanliness. However, a few reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bed linen and kitchenware, which slightly lowers the score.

Guests generally find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with a home-from-home feel. However, some guests mention discomfort with the double bed and suggest the cottage could benefit from updates to enhance comfort.
The cottage is well-equipped and guests are pleased with the facilities provided. Nonetheless, there are comments about the need for updates, issues with the shower temperature, and a lack of certain kitchen items, indicating room for improvement.

In the little hamlet of Edmonton, around a neat courtyard with cottages on three sides and a good food pub the pub on the fourth is Primrose Cottage. From the front door you enter into a slate floored kitchen with dining area, leading via an archway to a sitting room with a wood burning stove and glazed doors to the garden. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with glimpses of the Camel estuary, Padstow and the sea beyond. At the back, is an open lawned area, shared with neighbouring cottages. The lively market town of Wadebridge has plenty of shops, good restaurants, a cinema and a leisure centre. The popular seaside town of Padstow is a real favourite for foodies, and for fun in the sun head for the splendid Trevose peninsula beaches. .
The bustling market town of Wadebridge is perfectly placed alongside the ebb and flow of the River Camel, an ideal location for exploring the natural beauty of North Cornwall.
