Cloudbreak is an easy 5-minute walk from Polzeath’s sandy beach in Cornwall. Walking into the property past the outdoor hot tub and through the large French doors you enter the recently renovated open plan kitchen dining room area. The large south-west facing windows give an abundance of natural light and glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean. The amply-equipped kitchen and dining area has an extendable table for larger home cooked meals, making this a perfect property for families or groups of friends. For outdoor dining the patio is well lit and has a barbecue and garden furniture. Through the dining room is a games room with a multi-games table featuring air hockey, table tennis and a pool table to keep you entertained during those quieter evenings. The house is well equipped with high speed WiFi, Sonos speakers, board games and plenty of toys for the beach. The pet friendly porch area is perfect for leaving wet dogs and wellies after beach walks, allowing you to relax in front of the wood burning stove with a cream tea or to soak up a stunning sunset from the hot tub with a refreshing beverage. The hot tub is in the private south west facing patio and garden that catches the afternoon and evening sun, a perfect setting for barbecues or lawn games like croquet or boules which can be borrowed from the garage. The three well-presented bedrooms are set up as a king-size, a double and a family room with three single beds. Each bedroom comes with a full set of furniture for storing your personal belongings. The property also benefits from a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, a separate WC and a shower and toilet off the porch for rinsing off from the beach. Polzeath is one of Cornwall’s best surfing spots, so grab your board and follow the quiet foot path that takes you straight down to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Cloudbreak is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has off road parking making it a safe and family friendly location. As well as the beach, the world famous South West Coast Path passes just 3 minutes from the property. Alternatively try cycling along the Camel Trail or sailing in Rock, both of which are also all right on your doorstep.

If you’d rather relax, the award-winning Cowshed Spa or a round of golf at The Point are both only a 5 minute drive away. Polzeath has a number of traditional and new eateries from the recently expanded Oyster Catcher pub less than a mile away, to fine dining at one of Rick Stein’s establishments just a short ferry trip away in Padstow.

The SPAR is half a mile away for any last minute essentials, or if you prefer just order in Polzeath's best pizzas delivered to you by JAWS. Port Isaac, where ITV's Doc Martin is set is just around the corner and only slightly further afield is the legendary Tintagel Castle, perched on a clifftop with superb coastal views. You can visit stunning waterfalls at St Nectan's Glen or visit the rainforest at The Eden Project, both within a short drive. Polzeath ticks all the boxes whether it is an active or a relaxing break you are after. Cloudbreak is the perfect holiday house to enjoy the area from, whatever the time of year.

Polzeath is a small seaside resort nestled in Cornwall, England, in the civil parish of St Minver. It has a local spar and small choice of pubs/restaurants for your amenities. Make sure you visit the seaside village of Tintagel, home to the famous Tintagel Castle with links to King Arthur and superb dramatic views across the coast. Also rich with opportunities for long walks.
