We have stayed before and already booked for next year which means something. Superb location for the main beach and baby bay. The bathroom is very basic and really needs updating but everything works! Great views from balcony and friendly housekeeper.

Wonderful location with a view of Polzeath The accommodation had everything we needed, including plenty of good towels.The balcony was a bonus.The large bedroom was wonderful, the small one only just a double but it didn't matter as we only slept there!Big bathroom with bath and shower.Lovely grounds.

We were 2 friends staying in Bishops View. It's a lovely apartment with the most amazing view. It is looking a little tired in places and the 2nd bedroom when made up into a double is very very small. That said we had a very comfortable stay and the location to the beach was excellent. Parking is very tight if you have a large car! I would recommend to friends and family.
