The dishwasher didnât work when we arrived (sign on dishwasher door) and this was never fixed during our Stay, I spoke to your team and the maintenance team snd no one was helpful⦠in fact rude and no apology what so ever. The main oven didnât work, but I didnât find this out till day3! And didnât bother reporting because I knew it wouldnât be dealt with. On arrival the house wasnât very clean, spiders and huge cobwebs everywhere! The house felt like it hadnât been used gor awhile as smelt musty as well. The house is invested with spiders , itâs a real problem and they are in the beds and crawl on you still night etc⦠the house needs a good deep clean. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever had in a holiday rental ( we have stayed in loads!) especially the bed I. The main bedroom which is like a marshmallowâ¦. I slept in it on the first night, my back hurt so much the next day, so I spent the rest of the week sleeping on the sofa. In fact we left a day early as we desperately needed a good nights sleep. Your standards are not high enough for a holiday rental and I feel very disappointed with my stay. I will not be using your company again and will most certainly never recommend. Your customer service is probably the worst I have ever come across.

Thank you for the additional items that helped us - a spare deckchair, bucket and spade, little plasters even wetsuit! There was great attention to detail and well thought through extras. Good clear instructions as to how to manage the house. Thank you.
