A bright and comfortable sitting room is where you’ll want to spend afternoons flicking through a magazine with a cup of tea or curling up on the sofa to catch up on your favourite book, and for less sunny days there’s a modern electric fireplace to keep things cosy.

Wadebridge’s town centre with its array of independent shops and locally-owned restaurants is within easy reach, as is the famous 17 mile long Camel Trail cycle route. Enjoy day trips along the coast to some of North Cornwall’s other well-known seaside towns including Padstow and Newquay, or spend a lazy day of sandcastle building and sunbathing on the vast golden sands of Polzeath Beach before taking a refreshing dip in the Atlantic..
