… 1¼ miles from Veryan towards the sea, a fine detached cottage with pretty garden on four levels (tables/chairs/benches, flowers, trees), secluded down a private road/track (last 100 yards rough) a mile walk across fields from the magnificent Carne/Pendower sandy beaches.
Used by the family as their much loved holiday cottage for years; jolly atmosphere, some low lintels (5'10"). Living room (open fire, TV/DVD); dining room (open fire); step up to fitted bespoke kitchen with lots of equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, oil-fired Aga, electric cooker). Upstairs, three bedrooms (all with sea views) – a double (5' bed, washbasin), a twin (truckle), and up a step through to another twin (washbasin). Bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Shower-room (suite) downstairs, just outside. A wonderfully private place with a beautiful garden and smashing beaches close by.
