Follow either of the two staircases up to the first floor, where you will be delighted to find three bedrooms - a King-size bed with en-suite shower, a double and a twin also both benefiting from en-suite shower rooms. During the summer months, venture to the patio area where you and your loved ones can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining. This property comes with use of the shared facilities (including indoor swimming pool, spa pool and sauna, subject to management opening hours) on the nearby Trewince Holiday Lodge site, a short walk across the lane. If you can tear yourself away from this delightful base, head to the nearby village of Portscatho where you will be delighted by the selection of pubs and shops that await you. Whilst here, soak up the sun at the beach or walk along the coastal footpath to discover even more beaches and hidden coves. Alternatively, head to the city of Truro where you can look forward to immersing yourself with history and exploring its superb shops and bars. Portscatho is a delightful village resting just 5 miles away from St Mawes and 15 miles away from Truro. This village houses bags of Cornish charm, as well as a sandy beach, a harbour, a pub, a butcher’s, a greengrocer’s and a handful of gift shops and galleries. Attractions within the area include walking along the coastal path where you will discover a number of beaches, as well as the village of Gerrans.
