Guests say

The Sail Room in Truro is praised for its excellent location, comfortable bed, and well-appointed living space. Guests enjoy the convenience of off-street parking and the proximity to St Mawes. The property is ideal for solo travellers or couples, though some find it a bit tight for two. The steep steps and lack of Wi-Fi are noted, but the charm of the village and the property's amenities generally outweigh these concerns.

Several guests have reported issues with cleanliness, including dust, dog hairs, and dirty floors. However, the shower is consistently described as clean.

The location is highly regarded, with guests appreciating the easy walk to town, the lovely views, and the convenience of having a parking space.

The bed is frequently mentioned as comfortable, and the living space is well-received. However, the lack of storage for clothes and the tight space for two people slightly reduce the comfort level.

The property offers a good shower, garden access, and adequate cooking facilities for light meals. However, some guests find the cooking facilities inadequate for longer stays, and there are mentions of a failed television signal and lack of Wi-Fi.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

A great little place to stay everything to hand comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, nice little kitchen area, good shower room, garden chairs. Note that you shouldn't bring much luggage with you (there's no room for it!) and there's no WiFi. But otherwise base yourself here and enjoy the delights of St Mawes.

Great location but property disappointingly dirty! The floor was filthy when we arrived, stains all around the kitchen area, full of dust and dog hairs! The rugs and bottom of the curtains were covered in dog hairs and the headboard was dusty, cobwebs all over. The shower was clean and the bed was comfy but overall very disappointing
