Electric central heating and electricity (£10per week October–April), bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: As this is a working farm, children must be supervised at all times.. Just over a mile from coast. Situated just over a mile from the North Cornwall Coast and the sandy beaches of Porthtowan with its saltwater bathing pool and St Agnes, this single storey property is a converted dairy situated on a working farm, tucked away along a private lane but within easy reach of the A30 and a myriad of coastal footpaths. Only 8 miles from Truro, you can easily visit the west of the country or explore the Eden Project or a spot of surfing 4 miles away on Perranporth sandy beach. Situated in a rural position on the outskirts of the village of Mount Hawke which provides a florist and village stores and is an ideal base for touring and walking. Shop 1 mile and pub 1½ miles.
The property is located on a working farm.
Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards.
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.
