The chalet is very well equipped and comfortable, but the camping itself is kind of far off, so you definitely need a car to get around. Besides that, we had some isues to find out which chalet was actually reserved for us, as our acces to the app didnt work. It finely worked out because the agency has a great person in their customer service, who went above and beyond to help us.

We had such a brilliant stay at Perran Heights Holiday Park! The location is amazing and so easy to find, which made our arrival stres-free. The caravan itself was gorgeous, spotlesly clean, and fitted our familys needs perfectly. The reception team were always on hand every time we called they picked up straight away and were quick to help with anything we needed, especially Richard who went above and beyond. 10/10 we would definitely stay again!
