Guests say

Guests have had a delightful experience at The Coach House, praising its well-equipped nature, welcoming atmosphere, and the friendliness of the host, Christine. The property is noted for its peacefulness and as a great base for exploring Cornwall, though a car is needed for local amenities. The presence of the owner's dogs was a concern for one guest with allergies.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The location is appreciated for its proximity to beaches and being a good base to visit nearby attractions. However, it is noted that shops are not within walking distance, requiring a drive.

The property is generally found to be comfortable and well-equipped, though one guest mentioned low ceilings upstairs. The availability of a downstairs bedroom was positively noted.

Facilities are highly regarded, with the property being described as well-equipped. The suggestion for plastic crockery for children indicates room for improvement.

The host's thoughtfulness is highlighted through a warm welcome and helpfulness. A welcome with eggs and milk was mentioned, which is a kind gesture, though such gifts should not be expected with every stay.

cottage was well equipped- only things we could suggest is maybe some plastic crockery for children/babies, with the lovely tiled floors they can be quite unforgiving when things get dropped. Otherwise a really lovely house we would happily stay in again. Owner was lovely too, very helpful and there if we needed her. Really enjoyed it.
