This comfortable 12ft-wide caravan offers a spacious and well-presented retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It features one double bedroom and two twin rooms, along with a modern shower room for added convenience. The open-plan living area provides a warm and welcoming space, complete with heating throughout, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave and fridge/freezer, and a cosy lounge with a flat-screen TV and Freeview. Wi-Fi is available in Platinum and Lodge accommodation only. Guests will find bed linen and duvets provided, with gas and electricity included in the stay. For families, travel cots, highchairs, and bedrails are available free of charge upon request, though babies must be counted in the total party size. Well-behaved pets are welcome in select units for an additional fee, and all accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

As part of our check-in policy, a Security Deposit Bond is required—£100 for Caravans and £150 for Lodges—secured via pre-authorisation. Please note, this is not an immediate charge, but a temporary hold placed on your account to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning.

Your accommodation will be carefully inspected upon check-out. Provided everything is in order, the full amount will be released promptly.
