Let down only by what I assume is poor/lazy management team -lack of consumables 3 tea bags, no coffee, no dishwasher tablets, no extra loo rolls, There was 1 half filled bottle of Christmas hand soap in the entire house (3 bathrooms, a kitchen sink & utility sink) I hadn't been expecting all inclusive but it'd be nice to have the basics. -the house wasn't cleaned particularly well, crumbs under the table, greasy hob area, a few dead flies on window sills, dusty pictures etc. -outside felt somewhat neglected, dirty windows, cobwebs all over the sills, dirty patio furniture & patio slabs, grass was cut blindfolded, random sheet of chipboard propped up against the fence? -random niggling bits, the side gate is padlocked with no code meaning you have to take dirty dogs, bikes and/or wet suits through the house. Some of the interior doors don't close properly. There is reference to a bbq that doesn't exist? Again it's just lack of attention to detail that let's down this spectacular property

The house was modern and in a quiet residential area, not far from the beautiful beach at Perranporth. However, with 8 people, we found that there were some minor problems/irritants including: Only 6 towels when we arrived (more were delivered after we complained) Most doors did not close properly and/or could not be locked (e.g. downstairs toilet) Not all external doors had keys, so we could not open the lounge patio doors There was no dustpan and brush, so we couldn't sweep the floor properly - (we were told there was one, but we looked everywhere and there wasn't, which was never resolved. This was not satisfactory. There was only 1 egg cup, for 8 people! There were not enough mugs, so we had to keep washing them A broken blind in the double bedroom meant it was difficult to open windows, and none of the rooms had curtains, so it was very light and difficult to sleep There was no BBQ, which we have always had provided at similar properties There were no recycling facilities, so recycling had to go in general rubbish
