... a spacious, double-glazed farmhouse side-on to the B3314, 1½ miles from Delabole. Smallish, enclosed gardens side and back, well-hedged from the road; excellent, suntrap patio (barbecue); also large play area with swings, slide and adventure tower play equipment at the back, well away from the road.
Cosy living room with beamed ceiling (beams below 6’), fireplace (gas fire), slate floor (rugs) and TV/DVD; big kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, TV/DVD). From the living room, steep narrow stairs up to a twin bedroom (5'7" lintel) with en suite bathroom (suite plus hand-shower); also from the living room, gentler stairs up to two double bedrooms (one with 5' bed and TV/DVD, the other with limited clothes-hanging space), a twin and shower-room (suite). Tumble drier and storage space for bicycles, surfboards etc in attached outhouse. A well-equipped, much appreciated house with fun for children, in a good situation from which to explore north Cornwall.
