Honeysuckle is a well-regarded cottage, praised for its cleanliness, stunning sea views, and peaceful surroundings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped space and the pet-friendly environment. While most experiences are positive, some guests mention minor issues with comfort and neighbour's pets.
The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as immaculate and well-maintained.
The location is celebrated for its breathtaking sea views and proximity to local attractions, though one review mentioned a downside related to the behaviour of neighbouring dogs.
Comfort receives a slightly lower score due to a single complaint about uncomfortable beds and a subpar shower, but no other reviews corroborate this, suggesting it may be an isolated view.
Facilities are generally praised, especially for being pet-friendly and well-equipped, though there is a suggestion for improvement in the bathroom and a mention of a fridge issue.
While guests have expressed gratitude for the management and the inclusion of dog treats, there is insufficient information to score thoughtfulness as gifts are not consistently mentioned across reviews.

What an amazing place to stay, one of my fave holiday rentals. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The sea views down to the cottage were really breathtaking. I didn’t want to leave. Sea views all around, the mooing cows and baa ing sheep could be heard in the distance. We visited Port Issac and ventured into other parts of Cornwall. Everywhere seemed an hour away but lovely to visit other parts. We also went into Tintagel and can highly recommend a visit to the old moat house where the crab linguine was amazing. We also went into the Camelot Castle hotel for a coffee and the views there were amazing too. I would love to visit Honrysuckle again or one if their other cottages and which boast a hot tub. The only downside was the 9-am or before departure leaving time which is a huge rush .

Our 5th time at this cottage and each year things improve. We are always made to feel comfortable and welcome as are our dogs. The place is always immaculately clean and has all the facilities you need for a perfect holiday. It’s a great place to stay to visit the local area as there are lots of lovely beaches and places to visit a short drive away.
