Rosemary Cottage is a cosy one bedroom cottage, all on one level. Perfect for couples in a peaceful setting with beautiful countryside views, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Rosemary Cottage is a spacious, one-bedroom barn conversion which provides a welcoming and relaxed stay for up to two adults and one small child. The open plan layout comprises kitchen, spacious dining/lounge area and wood burning stove. The bathroom has a walk in shower and the floor tiles are in earthen shades with soft lighting, providing a tranquil and calming ambience.

Rosemary Cottage has its own private garden which is a sunny, relaxed area in which to wind down with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the lovely views of the main 1.5 acre gardens surrounded by colourful borders and extensive lawn areas, a safe haven for children to have fun with the outside toys provided.

A Welcome Basket containing a Cornish Clotted Cream Tea (or another equally delicious treat) will also be waiting for you on your arrival. Rosemary Cottage may also be booked with Thyme Cottage and/or Lavender Cottage situated nearby to accommodate additional people, subject to availability.

Guests have the use of Rosemary Cottage's own private garden as well as use of the shared garden. Private parking for 1 car.

Guests have the use of a shared laundry room which provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, hanging space for wet coats, additional freezer space and a small library of books, map and local information.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm – departure 10:00 am

Pets Welcome: One well behaved dog welcome, must be at least one Year old and fully vaccinated.

Power and Heat: Oil-fired central heating and electricity are provided at no extra charge. One basket of kiln dried logs are provided upon arrival (additional logs can be purchased directly from the owner).

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels

Baby Equipment: Highchair & Cot available for no additional charge– please confirm at time of booking if required.
