Pentewan offers an incredible open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with relaxed seating and unforgettable views of Polzeath’s dog friendly beach from the panoramic windows. The ground floor also accommodates the spacious fourth bedroom with double bed and utility room leading to the rear patio. Occupying the first floor is bedroom one, offering a tasteful double bed and en-suite shower room; a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower; and bedrooms two and three, both with twin single beds. The decor is modern yet cosy with colourful accents and contemporary furniture throughout.

Within walking distance is the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath and acres of golden sand at the family friendly Daymer Bay. Sailing and water-skiing are available at Rock. The famous St Enodoc golf course is also nearby for those looking to perfect their swing. Just a short ride away is the well known fishing port of Padstow, where there are many excellent restaurants and boutique shops. The nearby Polzeath has two surf schools offering equipment hire, several lively cafes, intimate restaurants and a selection of shops; a truly charming location.
