Croft Elms is a detached bungalow in an elevated position with breath-taking views across the golf course to Brea Hill and the Camel Estuary. The property has an enclosed garden with lawn and sun deck. There is plenty of parking with its own private driveway. This holiday property is ideally positioned for quick access to the beach with a footpath to Daymer Bay across the road (approx. ½ mile). The active water sport beach of Polzeath and hub of Rock are also conveniently close. Croft Elms sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Welcoming and well furnished, one bedroom has a king size bed whilst the other room has twin beds. Adding the convenience of one bathroom and one shower room, making it perfect for a family or two couples. The sun room allows you to take full advantage of the fantastic views and has doors onto the sun deck for outside dining. The sitting room benefits from a multi fuel burner for those cosier evenings in. Daymer Bay is a stunning place to stay. There is an array of activities from golfing to walking. St Enodoc or The Point at Polzeath would be any golfer’s dream, whilst walkers can hike for miles along the winding paths to the North or more level paths to the South. For the family the trickling stream at Daymer Bay will keep the children happy for hours, whilst the white topped waves at Polzeath will occupy the water sport enthusiasts of the group.

Daymer Bay and the village of Trebetherick were both loved by Sir John Betjeman and are unquestionably special. With a huge appeal to both the young and not so young, Daymer Bay has recently been voted one of the best beaches in the world! St. Enodoc Church, once buried in the sand, is within comfortable walking distance of Daymer Bay and is the resting place of Sir John Betjeman. Daymer Bay holds great appeal for wind surfers with the waves rolling up the estuary. There is enormous fun too for small children with buckets and spades and fishing in the rock pools. Up from the coast path as it runs from Daymer Bay is Highcliffe, nestling between Polzeath and Trebetherick, both of which boast a number of pubs, restaurants and village stores all offering a wide variety of fresh quality produce. The properties at Highcliffe have the advantage of being within easy reach of Daymer, Polzeath and Greenaway - Greenaway being the name given to the clifftop area, beach and small cove with rock pools overlooking the Atlantic beyond that lies between Daymer and Polzeath.
