We had a lovely time in this area. Polzeath and Rock are very close by. Itâs a good sizeable base for exploring Cornwall. Both bedrooms are a good size. As a whole, a lovely space, well equipped kitchen, & with a private parking spot and garden area. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was helpful for speed. The kitchen and lounge area was a lovely size, so when time was spent in relaxing later in the day, we werenât on top of one another. For the size, the parking and space we feel it was a very fair price for the week

We spent a week here at the end of August, The accommodation is large, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer and lots of toilets. The most stand out thing through is the view - absolutely stunning. Could spend hours watching the beach life, surfers and even spotted the occasional seal. The hot tub was also a big hit after a session bodyboarding. The garage is large and having the utility room with a washer and dryer was brilliant. A few activities to recommend for older teenagers, giant slip and slide (great fun) cycle from Portreath to Devoran (38km) coastal walks, shopping in St Ives. Plenty to do,

Nice little place to stay, a short walk from a nice pub and the local brewery taphouse, plenty of places to visit by car in the local area, shops a short drive away.
