Tor View is a contemporary holiday home located in St Minver on the North Cornwall coast. You will be greeted by crisp interiors that lead you through to the large open plan social room and stunning countryside views. The kitchen is well-equipped with high spec appliances and everything you may possible need to rustle up a bite to eat or main meal. Sink into a chair and relax on the plush sofas and armchairs in the living area equipped with a Smart TV and wood burner, perfect for those cooler evenings. On sunny days, slide open the patio doors to fully appreciate the far-reaching farmland views and enjoy some alfresco dining on the sheltered private patio area. Upstairs host’s four elegant bedrooms, with the master bedroom and king bedroom en-suite bedrooms with the added luxury of Juliet balconies. A further two twin bedrooms overlook the private garden and parking area and share a family bathroom. The private enclosed garden area is found opposite the parking where children can kick a ball or enjoy a home picnic. For beach days out, Rock beach is just a couple of miles away with plenty of on and off the water activities to choose from including; sailing, water-skiing, paddle boarding, coastal walks and for a bit of fun, inflatable rides! With sweeping sand dunes to explore that lead you to the calm sheltered waters of Daymer Bay, a well-known family-friendly beach where children can enjoy a paddle and watch the kite surfers from the shore. The next bay along is the surfing hub of Polzeath suitable for all levels. You can hire surf equipment or book in for some lessons with the local surf schools found on the beach. If you are looking for the perfect property to explore all that the north coast has to offer, look no further.
The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village.

We thought a hosepipe outside would be handy to wash beach things off when returned from the beach. A little welcome pack would also be a nice touch.

The two kingsize rooms are wonderful and the two twins are perfect for children but probably not ideal for adults . water in upstairs bathroom sink took ages to drain, possibly blocked, but still useable and smart bathrooms generally. Blind in yellow twin was stained by insects which you cannot see until you drop the blind. All in all a superb property, only a 10 mins drive To Rock, Daymar or Polzeath and many other beaches, Good value quiet pub just 50 meters away.

Lots of room for two families. Very well equipped with everything that you needed for your stay there. Only negative was it could now do with a full clean after a busy summer, lots of dusty places. This did not stop us having a wonderful visit to Tor View.
