Accommodating four people all on one level, this dog-friendly holiday home provides a calm countryside sanctuary, whilst being conveniently located for exploring the nearby rugged and picturesque Cornish coastline.

Strolling in to this characterful country retreat, you can’t help but feel like you have arrived at a cosy home-from-home. Styled and finished to a very high standard, whilst maintaining original features like the stable doors and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, this rural bolthole is both welcoming and interesting. The open-plan living area provides the perfect space for a couple or family alike to chat, cook together, and snuggle on the sofa whilst the fire crackles during colder months.

In the evening retire to the comfortably furnished bedrooms, with one at either end of this traditional cottage including a king-size double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which share a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

For al fresco breakfast in the sunshine, or evening drinks whilst the sun sets, head out to the pretty little garden with a patio table for you to gather around. Plus, with access to a locked shed, you can safely store all your beach equipment.

If you are looking to enjoy watersports, head to either Rock or Polzeath where you can try surfing, kayaking, body boarding and so much more, or, if you would prefer to soak up a little of the area’s history and culture, a visit to the nearby fishing village of Port Isaac just six miles away is a must.

Millers Cottage is an extremely attractive romantic retreat or family bolthole, in a peaceful position whilst also within easy reach of Cornwall’s many attractions, making it ideal all-year-round accommodation.

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village.
