Well appointed with everything we needed. Need a new potato peeler!!! Outside space fine, although we didn't really use the garden and dog found the steep steps quite hard to climb. The wall at the top of the steps looks unstable. Would have been nice to have a washing line instead of needing to use the drier. Overall-delightful-thank you.

The cottage was immaculate and the attention to detail brilliant. The owners have thought of everything, from a lovely welcome package, pint of milk in the fridge on arrival and a detailed cottage info booklet . The cottage was really well equipped too and a lovely new kitchen - the photos on the website must be updated to show this. The garden is steep so we had to keep a close eye on the kids but it is really well kept and the views are incredible. The location is so peaceful and the pricing fair compared to other properties very close by which is important considering the current cost of living situation. My only complaint is we couldn’t find the John Bray bag for all the bedding and towels and the company needs to update on their website the check out time and pictures of the cottage, especially the lovely new kitchen! Thanks to the owners for a well set up holiday home, we had a great time and hope to come back.

The cottage is in a lovely location hidden away by the church. The steps up to the garden are steep but manageable and the view when you are up there is great. The bushes need a bit of a trim back to make sure its easy to get through to the lawn and patio area. The cottage itself is lovely and felt really 'snug'. St Minver is a great location to explore around Rock, Padstow, Trevose, Tintagel, Port Isaac and Boscastle to name a few worthwhile places to visit.
