You’ll be in a convenient spot just 3 miles from wonderful sandy beaches at Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay, where you can swim, surf or relax with a picnic in the sunshine. Padstow, the culinary capital of Cornwall, is just 4 miles away – head there to while away a few hours wandering through pretty narrow streets before heading for a slap-up meal, perhaps at one of Rick Stein''s famous eateries.

Laid out over one floor, this single-storey is a light-filled sanctuary with an open-plan layout. The decor is simple but effective, with neutral tones and pleasing blue tiles in the kitchen. There’s plenty of sofa space for relaxing together and a Smart TV for those evenings in. You’ll also have a lovely enclosed garden which is ideal for children and pets (up to two dogs are permitted). Sizzle up feasts on the BBQ and make the most of good weather using the seating provided.

You’ll be 400 metres from a handy pub and 3 miles from a golf course with truly magnificent views. If you’re here for the walking, join the coast path 3 miles away and follow it north towards the Trevose Head Lighthouse (4.5 miles) or south towards Carnewas at Bedruthan, an awe-inspiring National Trust site 5 miles to the south. If there are children in your party, they’re bound to appreciate a trip to the Camel Creek Family Adventure Park (3.5 miles).
