Located in a quiet residential area, but in the heart of the village, the regular foot ferries to Falmouth and beyond are just five minutes' stroll. So too are the local shops, cafes and restaurants. With no steep slopes between the house and the sea, two safe beaches are just a pebble throw away.

At the front of the house there is a suntrap terrace with benches ideal for morning coffee.

Each of the bedrooms is beautifully furnished to enhance the character of this family home. The lovely, large master bedroom has sea views, a super-king bed and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds - ideal for children.

There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, WC and hand basin.

The exceptionally large, bright living room is situated on the first floor to take advantage of the gorgeous 180 degree sea views of St Mawes Harbour and St Anthony Head. The room is equipped with a digital TV, DVD player and iPod dock. There is plenty of in-house entertainment, with a selection of, DVDs, books and games. The living room has a range of comfy seating with designer cushions and dining area for six guests.

Large bi-fold doors lead from the living room to a balcony - a lovely spot to sit and relax in private and watch the ever changing seascape.

The new modern kitchen, with plenty of space to dine, is well appointed with granite work tops, an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer. French doors from the kitchen open on to a private decked terrace, which catches the afternoon and evening sun. A table with chairs and BBQ are provided for al fresco dinning.

The house has modern storage heaters and a fire for cooler months making this a great holiday home at all times of the year.
