On the ground floor are three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom, with super sea views, has a king size bed. There is a single bedroom with sea views and a double bedroom with dual aspect windows providing great sea views. Also on the ground floor is the

wet room with under floor heating, wash hand basin and WC. Two separate WC's completes the ground floor accommodation.

It is but a short flight of stairs to the first floor (with use of a stair lift upon requested). There are two bedrooms, a twin and a single, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with over bath shower. Patio doors lead out on to a patio.

There is a beautifully stocked large sloping garden and a patio area with an ornamental garden and pond feature.

There is a large garage and parking for 3 cars.

There is a relatively steep path from the garden down to Lower Castle Road providing easy access to the Tresanton, Tavern Beach and the rest of the village.
