Medlar Cottage is a comfortable family home set in mature gardens that provides spacious, light and airy holiday accommodation to accommodate 7 people in comfort.

A five minute walk from Medlar Cottage down Hillhead takes you into the middle of the village and the extensive facilities that St Mawes has to offer including, foot ferries to Place, Falmouth, and Trelissick ,Truro (tides permitting), post office, banks, a butchers, a bakers, a chemist, a Co-op store, gift shops and clothes shops and a selection of pubs, hotels and restaurants.

The front door opens into a spacious hall which gives access to the living accommodation. There is a large shower room with walk in shower wash hand basin and WC. The lounge has TV DVD, Wi-Fi, wood burning stove and good seating with comfortable chairs and access to the conservatory . The dining area, which overlooks the garden, has a large table and seating for 10 persons. This area has two bi-fold doors leading to the raised decking with a super range of garden furniture and steps down to a BBQ area and garden. Off from the dining area is the well equipped kitchen with double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. At the rear of the dining area is a door giving access to a separate utility room with sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer and a door to the garden.

Stairs lead from the hall to the first floor. There are four bedrooms and a family shower room with wash hand basin and WC. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with over shower bath, wash hand basin and WC. The master bedroom, the twin bedded room and single bedroom all have seaviews. A further double bedded room at the front of the property completes the first floor accommodation.

Heating is provided by modern electric panel heaters and the wood burning stove making Medlar Cottage is a cosy holiday cottage at any time of the year.

There is off road parking in the drive for up to three cars at the front of the property.
