The Hermitage is a traditional Cornish Cottage that has been sympathetically modernised over the years. You enter the cottage into an open plan lounge/kitchen with beams in the front section and sea views through the front window.The lounge has a TV, DVD & CD player. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, a range of modern fitted units, microwave, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, as is the bathroom & shower room with a double and a twin bedroom. There is a small front garden with patio furniture and a raised patio garden to the rear which is more private and a good place to enjoy views of the Bay.

You enter the property through the front porch into the open plan lounge and dining area with the kitchen to the rear. At back a small set of steps take you up to the laundry with an iron and ironing board and a washing machine and a ground floor bathroom. There is a back door to rear patio garden. Going up the stairs to the first floor there is the Double bedroom with a king sized bed a shower room and a twin bedroom with 2' 6" beds.

Outside there is a small front garden with patio area and garden furniture. The back garden has another raised patio area with view over the rooftop across the bay.

Parking for 1 medium sized vehicle is provided in the garage at the rear of the property. (The garage up and over door is 215cm wide. A car of up to 485cm long will fit in the garage with the door closed.)

Heating throughout is via night storage heaters and electric panel heaters.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome on the condition that the dog(s) are not allowed upstairs at a small additional cost of £25 per dog / per week.
